If you are not 100% satisfied, bring or send the shoes back!
Product purchased online at theshoestudio.ca which is unworn and unaltered and in the original undamaged packaging, maybe exchanged, refunded or have a store credit issued within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. Shipping charges incurred from the exchange or the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shoes purchased from our website can be returned to our store location at Unit 1189, 88 west pender street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 6N9 or alternatively, they can be brought back in person to our location, if you prefer!
Once your shoes are received back and inspected, a refund or a store credit, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn and undamaged merchandise. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange your shoes for another size or style, please email or call us and we will check to see if the item is available and put it on hold for you while we wait for your return item to arrive.
If returns are shipped to us from outside Canada, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

Dear Customers from The United States , please DON'T pay until we confirm the amount of the US duty/tariff for your order. US Duty must be PREPAID before we send out the shipment to you.
